 Staff Pharmacist

Start Date:

ASAP

Duration:

13-weeks (contract to hire)

Shift Availability:

Mon•Thurs 8:30a•5:30p, Fri 8:30p-12:30p (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy
Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations
Manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Implement and manage store policies and procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida
Minimum of 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
