Responsibilities Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients, physicians and staff of UF Health Central Florida. Is involved in various activities that include, but are not limited to: interpretation of physician orders, maintenance of medication profiles and providing drug information; attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings; adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up, therapeutic interchanges, parenteral nutrition monitoring, pharmacokinetics dosing and follow-up, medication dosing and follow-up (ex. coumadin, antibiotics) and IV to PO recommendations.
