As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately, timely and respectfully. You will appropriately select, dose, administer and dispense medications as indicated, helping provide patients with the treatments they need to improve their health and well-being. A caregiver in this position works varying shifts. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based pharmacy and medication services. Ensure the appropriate selection, dosing, administration and dispensing of medication orders. Verify medication orders and/or dispense medications accurately according to state and federal regulations. Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner. Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives. Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards. Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers, and/or patients. Provide cost-effective care. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: PharmD or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible in current state within 90 days of hire Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in the administration of immunizations or certification within 90 days of hire for Individuals administering immunizations Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Board Certification Completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Physical Requirements:

Typical physical demands include ability to perform the job while standing and walking for prolonged times, approximately 75% of shift and continuously for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity sufficient to perform computer and dispensing functions of the job; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Position often includes reaching, stretching, stooping, climbing steps and sitting. Must have normal or corrected vision. Must have ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person
