Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal regulations Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure accurate, timely medication dispensing Serve as the primary liaison between facility, nursing staff, and clinical teams Ensure quality assurance, medication safety, and proper documentation Support consulting services and educational programs for partner facilities Utilize pharmacy software and EMR integrations for order processing and delivery tracking
What We’re Looking For:
Active/clear Florida Pharmacist license Prior experience in long-term care or closed-door pharmacy Previous management or PIC experience Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, compliance, and medication practices Exceptional communication and organizational skills Hospital pharmacy experience We are reviewing candidates and setting up interviews immediately.
