Oversee the preparion, distribution, and dispensing for medicion by pharmacy technicians via checking medicions prior to dispensing. Provides pharmacokinetic consultion, including dosing vancomycin and aminoglycosides, in accordance with local policy Completes medicion histories including pient interviews. Reports adverse drug events (ADE), near misses, and medicion errors in alignment with

reporting program. Participes in the medical center medicion utilizion evaluion (MUE) program. Enters supply orders approprie for pient care per facility policy. Serves as a role model and preceptor to pharmacy students and residents.
