Verify and process medication orders for accuracy and therapeutic appropriateness Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure smooth workflow Collaborate with providers and nurses to optimize medication therapy Conduct pharmacokinetic monitoring and dose adjustments Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Document and manage orders using
Meditech Preferred Qualifications:
Active Georgia Pharmacist License (in good standing) Previous experience in a hospital or inpatient setting Familiarity with Meditech (preferred but not required) Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail This role is perfect for pharmacists looking to enhance their acute care skillset while making a meaningful contribution to patient health outcomes.
