Job Description
Interim PIC – Acute Care Hospital | West Virginia Soliant is seeking a capable and experienced Interim Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for an acute care hospital in West Virginia . This role involves both leadership and staffing duties within a small, onsite pharmacy team. If you’re confident working independently and ready to step into a key position, we want to hear from you. ASAP Schedule:
8 AM – 5 PM, pharmacy operates 7 days/week
On-call:
Shared with full-time pharmacist
Team Structure:
1 full-time RPh, 1 PRN RPh, 2 full-time techs, 1 part-time tech No automation or remote pharmacy service No 340B or chemotherapy IV compounding experience required (immediate-use only)
Requirements:
Active West Virginia Pharmacist license Previous hospital pharmacy experience Ability to take on full PIC duties from day one Perfect for an experienced hospital pharmacist ready to lead operations and support patient care in a critical access environment.
