Matrix Providers is hiring a Pharmacist to join our team oftalented professionals who provide health care services to ourMilitary Service Members and their families at Robins Air ForceBase in Warner Robins, GA. Employment Status:

Full Time.

Compensation:

This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Flexible hours, 0700-1800

Plan Requirements:

The Pharmacist must have and meet the following:

Degree:

Doctor of Pharmacy.

Education:

Graduate from a college or university accredited by theAccreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).

Experience:

One year of professional pharmacy experience aftergraduation.

Licensure:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license topractice as a pharmacist.

Job Summary:

Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures. Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services within the personnel,supply, and equipment capabilities of the facility. Counsel patients regarding appropriate use of medications. Review patient profiles at the time of dispensing in order toclosely monitor medication therapy. Ensure prescription directions for use, dose, medicationinteractions, therapeutic duplications or overlaps, allergyinformation, age specific dosage, and other pertinent data areappropriate for individual patients. Intervention with providersshall be made for noted discrepancy of above listed items. Compound medications as required. Ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared orprocessed by technical staff. Supervise inventory control of all pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy,especially scheduled pharmaceuticals, and ensure pharmacy security.

Maintain appropriate records and security of all scheduledcontrolled substances according to applicable regulations. Matrix Providers is an equal opportunity employer.
