• Lake Providence, LA Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a short-term, per diem assignment in Lake Providence, Louisiana.

This is a vacation coverage opportunity from May 19th to May 23rd, and it offers the chance to work in a close-knit, rural hospital environment where your expertise will be highly valued. The assignment involves first-shift hours, working alongside one strong pharmacy technician. The hospital is small, with a low census of just four patients, but it requires a highly capable and independent pharmacist who is confident working as the sole pharmacist on site.

• 3:00pm

Requirements:

Clear and active Louisiana Pharmacist License Must have inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Must be able to independently compound IV medications Proficiency with Pyxis and Athena software preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently in a small hospital setting This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys stepping into an essential role and delivering high-quality care in a focused, patient-centered setting.
