Assignment Overview Position:

Inpatient Pharmacist –

Short-Term Coverage Setting:

Small hospital (low patient census)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, first shift hours

Environment:

You’ll work as the sole pharmacist alongside a supportive, experienced pharmacy technician

Technology:

Pyxis, Athena Key Responsibilities:

Perform IV compounding and sterile preparation Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate dispensing Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support optimal medication therapy Maintain compliance with hospital policies and best practices

Requirements:

Active Louisiana Pharmacist License (required) IV Compounding experience (required) Previous inpatient hospital experience Able to work independently in a low-volume, high-responsibility setting Why This Opportunity?
