Salary
$140,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience) + benefits Summary
A growing home infusion pharmacy in South Boston is seeking a clinically driven Staff Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and compliant delivery of infusion therapies. This is a full-time, patient-facing role working closely with nurses, pharmacy technicians, and care teams to optimize therapy outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Job Responsibilities
Verify prescriptions and ensure clinical appropriateness of infusion therapies. Monitor drug interactions and therapy outcomes while communicating with prescribers and patients. Oversee and validate sterile compounding under USP and . Ensure compliance with labeling, lot tracking, and documentation protocols. Supervise pharmacy technicians and manage inventory. Support regulatory readiness, internal quality initiatives, and day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. Active Massachusetts pharmacist license. Minimum of 2 years in sterile compounding, infusion experience. Proficiency in pharmacy systems such as CPR+ or TherigySTM.
