Role:

We’re looking for a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to join an oncology/cancer center. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the multidisciplinary care team — helping patients, providers, and caregivers navigate complex cancer therapies with confidence and compassion. You’ll have the opportunity to: Provide personalized medication counseling and education Review charts proactively to identify potential medication-related issues Monitor for treatment toxicity and side effects Help select and adjust therapy based on evidence and patient-specific factors Collaborate directly with oncologists on treatment decisions Support patients during all stages of therapy — from initial treatment to relapsed/refractory disease Contribute to safety initiatives and guideline-based care practices

What You’ll Bring:

Active Massachusetts 

Pharmacist License Either:

3+ years of recent oncology pharmacy experience, or Completion of a PGY2 residency in oncology Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred A collaborative mindset and passion for patient-centered care Why This Role?
