Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned Pharmacist in Charge for an interim assignment at a long-term care pharmacy in the Kansas City area. This is a 60-day contract with the potential to extend. The right candidate will step into a leadership role and oversee daily pharmacy operations with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage pharmacy workflow and productivity across all functions Coordinate and schedule staff pharmacists Oversee dispensing, compliance, and DEA/CII protocol adherence Respond to clinical inquiries and ensure timely, accurate communication Maintain operations including order verification, prepack checks, and deliveries Monitor FrameworkLTC system and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Active MO Pharmacist license (in good standing) 2+ years of LTC pharmacy experience required Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting Proficient in FrameworkLTC and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking role with high responsibility Ready to take charge in a key leadership role and make an immediate impact?
