ASAP Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Job•Interim Leadership Role | LTC Pharmacy•Kansas City MO Soliant is hiring a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a temporary leadership assignment at a long-term care pharmacy in Riverside, MO (just outside Kansas City ). This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with LTC pharmacy experience and management skills to take on an interim PIC role and help ensure compliance, continuity, and leadership during a transition period. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations , ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Supervise and support pharmacy staff including pharmacy technicians and staff pharmacists Ensure all LTC medications are dispensed accurately and timely Maintain up-to-date records and oversee audits, inspections, and pharmacy workflow Utilize FrameworkLTC software for prescription processing, inventory, and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and ensure patient safety Qualifications Active Missouri Pharmacist License (required) PharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a long-term care pharmacy (closed-door or multi-facility operations preferred) Previous experience as Pharmacist in Charge or pharmacy supervisor strongly preferred Proficient with FrameworkLTC , Microsoft Word , Excel , and
