Per Diem Staff Pharmacist – Per Diem Springwoods Behavioral Health Fayetteville, AR As a per diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist with CPS Solutions, LLCyou will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-preparedproducts before release; maintain security of pharmacy andcontrolled substances; enter orders and patient information withaccuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Directorabout the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director inmaintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule:

This position will work one weekend a month, Saturday andSunday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM as well as help cover staff PTO andsick days.

Starting Pay:

$65.00 – $68.00 per hour, based on experience. About the

Facility:

Opened in September 2009, SpringwoodsBehavioral Health is a state-of-the-art private psychiatrichospital. The hospital’s 80 beds accommodate children, adolescents,and adults. The two story patient wing has expansive windows totake advantage of the surrounding views and provide for open andbright patient areas. The campus also features a one story buildingfor therapy, education, dietary and administration. The hospitalstaffs is very friendly and work well as team to provide excellentpatient care. The six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123 acre AudubonWildlife and Bird Sanctuary which is to be held in perpetuity andcan not be developed from its natural state. The sanctuary is to beused to by the public as a regional nature and resource centeralong with an education building to be located on a five acre lotgiven by the developer next to the 123 acre preserve. This providesSpringwoods with a peaceful setting for those embarked on the roadto recovery. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital tomanage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position isan employee of CPS.

Required Qualifications:

Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school ofpharmacy Current Arkansas Pharmacist License in good standing Experience as a Pharmacist, behavioral health setting preferred Ability to work independently, set priorities, make criticaldecisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing,spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements:

(PPD) TB Skin Test – Proof of negative TB skin test within the last12 months
