12-Hour Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30
AM Shift Pattern:
7 Days On / 7 Days Off |
Every Other Weekend Included Start Date:
ASAP Key Responsibilities Handle all ED-related medication orders with precision and urgency Accurately verify physician orders for emergency and acute care patients Support clinical decision-making through medication management and consults Collaborate with ED physicians, nurses, and technicians in real-time Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines Ideal Candidate Calm, capable, and fast-acting under pressure Deep understanding of emergency medicine workflows Able to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours Excellent communicator across multidisciplinary teams
Job Requirements Licensure:
Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (Required)
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year of ED Pharmacy Experience (Required)
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willing to obtain prior to start) Proficient in hospital pharmacy systems, order processing, and emergency dosing Why Join Us?
