Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Full Time Emergency Department Pharmacist – Charlotte, NC Soliant Health is looking for an experienced Night Shift Hospital Pharmacist to join a major inpatient pharmacy team near Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is based in a high-capacity facility with an exceptionally busy emergency department, where speed, accuracy, and critical decision-making are essential. If you are a seasoned inpatient pharmacist ready to take on a challenging and rewarding night shift schedule, we want to hear from you. : Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) 7-on / 7-off block scheduling with alternating weekends Immediate start preferred High-volume ED in a large inpatient hospital setting

Core Responsibilities:

ED order verification and emergency medication preparation Clinical collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care teams Supervision of pharmacy technicians during overnight operations Oversight of medication safety, compliance, and quality assurance Involvement in hospital pharmacy performance initiatives and emergency protocol adherence

Required Skills and Credentials:

Active North Carolina Pharmacist License At least 1 year of experience working with ED pharmacy orders Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willing to obtain prior to start) Strong working knowledge of pharmacy best practices in an ED or ICU setting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independently structured overnight role This position offers a rare opportunity to work a consistent schedule with extended time off, while playing a pivotal role in a leading hospital pharmacy operation near Charlotte.
