The role you’ll contribute: Prepares and organizes pharmacy medications by name and dosage, as listed on patient orders.
The value you’ll bring to the team
Actively performs all pharmacy technician functions and maintains active proficiency in standard work parameters, operational programs, dispensing and compounding systems, hospital computer systems, and medication ordering systems
Accurately oversees the management of medication inventories and the preparation and dispensing of patientspecific medication doses
Completes critical medication order scrutiny, drug profile review, and patient monitoring to identify, prevent, or mitigate medication-related problems
Provides patientcentered care services
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
One year of Contemporary hospital pharmacy experience
Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or other advanced pharmacy degree
Applicable State Pharmacy License
