Position Summary:
- As an Immunizing Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the health of our patients through the administration of immunizations. You will lead with empathy and authenticity, while delivering care in a dynamic community healthcare setting. This role requires an individual who can adapt to change, collaborate with others, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Immunization Administration:
- Administer a range of immunizations, including flu, shingles, COVID-19, and others, following established guidelines and protocols.

Patient Care Programs:
- Manage and implement patient care programs aimed at improving health outcomes through vaccination and preventive care.

Empathetic Patient Interaction:
- Display empathy and compassion towards patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and caring environment.

- Adjust plans and strategies to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting, addressing patient needs and operational challenges effectively.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Active Pharmacy License:
- Must hold an active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.

DEA Compliance:
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

Immunization Certification:
- Certification through an accredited organization, such as APhA.

Driver’s License:
- Valid driver’s license required.

Background Check:
- No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.

Education:

Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong commitment to patient care and public health.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
