PM Key Responsibilities:
Perform standard outpatient/community pharmacy functions Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently Provide patient counseling and medication education Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient pharmacy experience Familiarity with
EPIC EHR
