EPIC Key Responsibilities:
Perform order verification and ensure medication accuracy Supervise pharmacy technicians Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapies Conduct pharmacokinetics monitoring and adjustments Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
Active New York Pharmacist License (Required) Hospital pharmacy experience preferred Proficiency with EPIC is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills
