WhatYou’ll Do:

• Participate in interdisciplinary care rounds withphysicians & nurses
• Review & verify med histories, orders,dosing, interactions, and indications
• Ensure compliance withhospital, state, CMS, and Joint Commission standards
• Compoundsterile IVs (USP 797 & 800)
• Act as a clinical drug info resource
• Support technician staff and maintain medication safety protocols

What You Need:

• PharmD from an accredited school
• NY StatePharmacist License (Required)
• 1-2 years hospital experiencepreferred (not required)

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Salary:

  $105,206.40

• $121,971.20
• 24 PTO days in Year 1
