Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist – IV Certified Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to support an outpatient infusion center in Ithaca, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team that plays a critical role in oncology patient care. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in sterile compounding and chemotherapy support who can make an immediate impact.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30

PM Environment:

Outpatient infusion supporting a busy cancer center

Key Responsibilities:

Sterile compounding and preparation of oncology medications Medication oversight and clinical consultation Collaborating with providers, nurses, and patients to ensure optimal care

Requirements:

Active New York Pharmacist license Recent experience with chemotherapy or oncology medications in an outpatient or infusion setting Strong understanding of USP guidelines and sterile compounding standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Start date is ASAP. This is a 13-week contract with strong potential for extension.
