Summary:

The Home Infusion Intake Representative III is primarily responsible for pharmacy product follow-up and moving orders through a more complex workflow resulting from qualification steps.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 A – 5:30 PM + 6

PA 15215 RESPONSIBILITIES

Intake and Follow-up activities for new Pharmacy product orders QA Review all documents related to Home Infusion product referrals Utilize EMR, Allscripts, and EPIC to obtain necessary documents Confirming order accuracy, arranging deliveries or service Discussing patient financial responsibility with the customer

QUALIFICATIONS

Pharmacy Product Experience Brightree Software Experience – Preferred Previous data entry experience a plus High School Diploma or Equivalent
