Staff Pharmacist – Part Time
The Meadows Psychiatric Center
Centre Hall, PA As a part-time,non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLCStaff Pharmacist,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain the security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule:

This position will work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Starting Pay:

$70 per hour, (Depending on related work experience) About the

Facility:

The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a 117-bed private behavioral health care facility on a beautiful 52-acre rural campus. The Meadows provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. It is owned and operated by Universal Health Services, accredited by The Joint Commission, and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW). CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Requirements:

Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
Current Pharmacist license in good standing in PA
Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred
Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Effective communication skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements:

(may be required)
(PPD) TB Skin Test – Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
(MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
HepB3 Series(or declination)
(Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
