Your Responsibilities:
Review and enter medication orders accurately Dispense medications timely and precisely Provide drug information and clinical support Document medication monitoring and clinical evaluations in the pharmacy system Oversee sterile compounding operations, including: Preparation of high-risk drugs, narcotic infusions, and cytotoxic chemotherapy agents Perform drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults per protocol Facilitate and document drug therapy decisions in ambulatory care through recommendations and collaborative practice agreements (if rotating to this role)
Schedule:
Mainly day shifts (8-hour), with some variable days and afternoons
Qualifications:
BS Pharmacy or PharmD PGY1 residency or minimum 3 years clinical experience Licensed or eligible for Pennsylvania pharmacist license Why this role?
