CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) Soliant Health is seeking a highly qualified Pharmacy Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in a specialty infusion pharmacy setting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania . This full-time leadership role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with experience managing pharmacy operations and clinical teams in a high-compliance, patient-centered environment. This is an opportunity to lead a pharmacy serving complex patient needs, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Position Overview The Pharmacy Manager will serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the pharmacy. This includes supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to regulations, maintaining licenses, and supporting the delivery of clinical services to patients across Pennsylvania and other states as needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff including pharmacists and technicians Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge and maintain Board of Pharmacy compliance Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (URAC, ACHC, etc.) Manage inventory, procurement, prescription verification, and product fulfillment Interpret clinical data and collaborate with providers to optimize patient care Conduct patient evaluations, education, and follow-up calls as required Maintain cleanroom oversight and support sterile/non-sterile product delivery (as applicable) Supervise reporting tasks including PMP, inventory, and month-end financials Participate in on-call rotation and pharmacy quality improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting Prior experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy Working knowledge of CareTend (CPR+) software preferred Familiar with 340B programs , third-party payors, and insurance reimbursement Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Accreditation and compliance experience a plus Why Join Soliant Health?
