Pharmacist in Charge – Infusion Pharmacy | Garnet Valley, PA Are you a seasoned pharmacy leader ready to take the reins at a growing infusion pharmacy in the Garnet Valley area, just south of Philadelphia? This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role with a forward-thinking infusion provider! This is a Direct Hire position with an urgent start date. The site operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM , and uses CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) as its pharmacy management software.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the licensed Pharmacist in Charge Supervising pharmacy personnel and overseeing daily prescription fulfillment. Conducting patient assessments and drug utilization reviews. Managing compliance with accrediting bodies and state/federal pharmacy regulations. Driving performance, development, and accountability across the pharmacy team.
What We’re Looking For:
Active TN Pharmacist License Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of infusion and/or specialty pharmacy practices Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes Leadership mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills Why This Role?
