Pharmacist in Charge – Specialty Pharmacy | Philadelphia, PA (Direct Hire) Soliant Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a specialty pharmacy located in Philadelphia, PA . This is a direct hire leadership opportunity with a respected organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical pharmacy services.
Position Overview:
As the PIC, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of pharmacy operations—including compliance, staffing, workflow optimization, and quality assurance. You’ll collaborate with providers and internal leadership to enhance patient outcomes and maintain regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations as the designated Pharmacist in Charge Supervise pharmacy staff and oversee clinical workflows Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations Drive initiatives that support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency Participate in audits, reporting, licensing, and quality assurance efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (required) 3+ years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred Prior experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy a strong plus Familiarity with
URAC, ACHC
