Key Highlights:
Lead as the Pharmacist in Charge, managing daily operations of the pharmacy. Supervise staff, oversee workflows, and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Ensure high-quality patient care and pharmacy service delivery. Work closely with providers and leadership on clinical and operational initiatives. Participate in quality assurance, audits, licensing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required. At least 3 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy operations is a plus. Knowledge of accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, etc.). Proficiency in Allscripts or similar pharmacy software. Apply ASAP!
