Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and patient information.
Review medication orders for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, and allergies.
Monitor patient responses to medication therapy and adjust as necessary.
Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs and medication therapy.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards for patient safety and care.
Required Qualifications:
Active and valid pharmacist license in the state of South Carolina.
Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology and drug therapy management.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred, though not required.

Shift Details:
