Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time contract position at a hospital in Florence, South Carolina . This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative healthcare team focused on providing safe and effective medication therapy to hospitalized patients.

Inpatient hospital
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with every 3rd weekend required
Start Date:
ASAP Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital policies and best practices Review medication orders for accuracy, drug interactions, and appropriateness Monitor patient responses to therapies and make recommendations as needed to optimize outcomes Provide drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective medication management
Qualifications:
