Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and patient-focused PRN Pharmacist to support a Long-Term Acute Care facility in Northern South Carolina. This role is ideal for pharmacists with a strong clinical background who are experienced in managing complex inpatient medication regimens.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and verify medications based on physician orders and clinical protocols Monitor drug therapies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Review patient medication profiles and make appropriate therapeutic adjustments Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of patient safety and care
Preferred Candidate:
Active South Carolina Pharmacist License (Required) 2+ years of experience in an inpatient hospital or LTAC setting (Preferred) Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Team-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced clinical environments Make a Difference in Long-Term Patient Care
