Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract with a home infusion pharmacy located in Nashville, TN. This position involves both clinical and operational responsibilities in a collaborative infusion care setting.
Position Overview:
Start Date:
End of June / July 1st
Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; rotates to 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM during on-call coverage
Position Type:
13-week contract
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify prescriptions prepared by pharmacy technicians in accordance with state regulations Conduct medication assessments based on patient medical information Perform final checks of filled prescriptions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies for controlled substances and legend drugs Support dispensing, procurement, and quality initiatives Provide clinical consultation to staff and external healthcare providers Assess laboratory data and therapeutic drug levels Participate in on-call rotation and assume pharmacy leadership responsibilities when needed Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
