  • Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with a nationally recognized home and site infusion services provider.

This role is based in Nashville, TN , with an anticipated start date at the end of June or by July 1st .

Schedule:

Monday

  • Friday, 8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM (Occasional rotation to a 9:30 AM
  • 6:00 PM shift during on-call weeks)

Alternate Site Infusion Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve prescriptions prepared by technicians in compliance with state pharmacy regulations Perform final verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Conduct medication assessments utilizing patient medical history and lab results Respond to internal and external medication-related inquiries, offering clinical expertise Participate in implementing quality control and cost-containment strategies Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and internal pharmacy policies Support procurement and inventory practices under the guidance of pharmacy leadership Participate in on-call rotations, acting as pharmacy leader in absence of Pharmacist in Charge Assist with training and competency assessments as required

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical knowledge in medication therapy management, infusion therapies, and laboratory data interpretation Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Comfortable with technology and pharmacy software systems Must maintain HIPAA compliance and demonstrate a full understanding of confidentiality protocols This is a great opportunity for pharmacists seeking a dynamic role within a supportive and patient-centered home infusion environment.
