Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (rotates to 9:30 AM-6:00 PM when on-call) We’re seeking a full-time Home Infusion Pharmacist for a respected pharmacy in Nashville, TN . Key Duties:
Review and verify prescriptions according to state regulations Conduct medication assessments and review lab data Perform final checks on filled prescriptions before delivery Provide clinical guidance to technicians and respond to medication-related inquiries Support compliance, inventory management, and quality initiatives Rotate into on-call coverage and act as PIC backup as needed
Ideal Candidate:
