Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract We’re hiring a licensed Home Infusion Pharmacist for a contract role based in Greater Nashville Area. If you’re a driven, team-oriented professional ready to jump into a dynamic pharmacy environment, this is your chance.
Position Highlights:
Start ASAP – 12+ week contract
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (rotates to 9:30 AM-6:00 PM when on-call) Fast-paced, collaborative setting focused on high-quality home infusion services
What You’ll Do:
Review and approve technician-prepared prescriptions Conduct medication assessments and verify final prescription accuracy Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to maintain compliance and cost-effective practices Respond to clinical inquiries from healthcare staff and patients Analyze lab results and ensure safe therapeutic drug usage Support on-call duties as needed
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required) Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills Must thrive in a team-based, high-demand environment Home infusion or clinical pharmacy experience is essential or reach out for further inquiry: Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
