About the RoleAs aPharmacist In Charge, you will play a crucial role in driving thecommercial success and the establishment of the Capsule brand ineach market by owning and executing on the pharmacy operationspeople strategy of the local business.

Your responsibilities willinclude:

Drive sustainable growth for Capsule in your market with afocus on hiring, training, and ongoing pharmacy operationsOverseedaily internal and external pharmacy operations. Provide guidanceon local regulations, from launch to ongoing complianceCollaboratewith sales, marketing, and expansion teams to expand thebusinessEnsure a consistent customer experience by working withcentral pharmacy operations Occasional travel to NYC for trainingand collaboration with central pharmacy teamsWork well in a teamenvironment to fulfill prescription orders: processing, filling,managing pharmacy technicians, inventory management and ordering,customer inquiries, managing insurance company and doctor officerelationships

Requirements:

Prior experience in a Pharmacist inCharge/Pharmacy Manager roleYou have 5+ years of relevant pharmacyexperience, including prescription processing, inventorymanagement, and customer inquiriesYou hold a valid PharmacistLicense in the State of employmentYou have operational leadershipability; strong lateral thinking; comfort managing teamsYou areavailable to work within operating hours:
