Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Pharmacist In Charge for a direct hire position at a specialty pharmacy in Bartlett, TN. This role will oversee pharmacy operations while ensuring safe and appropriate pharmacy services are provided in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Pharmacist In Charge registered with the TN Board of Pharmacy Provide oversight for pharmacy personnel and daily operations Ensure compliance with company policies, accreditation standards, and state/federal regulations Conduct patient assessments, monitor drug therapy, and collaborate with prescribers Supervise prescription processing, clinical assessments, verification, labeling, and fulfillment Manage procurement, inventory, staff scheduling, evaluations, hiring, training, and development Maintain cleanroom oversight, order delivery confirmations, and month-end inventory reporting Participate in on-call rotation and quality assurance activities
Qualifications:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist license (required) Minimum three years of managerial or supervisory pharmacy experience strongly preferred Experience with specialty and/or infusion pharmacy accreditation processes preferred Working knowledge of pharmacy and medical reimbursement concepts preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient in CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) or ability to learn system For immediate consideration, send your updated resume to [email protected] or call/text me at 281-552-7278 to discuss this position or other opportunities.
