Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is open for a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) at a fast-growing infusion pharmacy in the Bartlett/Memphis, TN area. This is a direct hire leadership role at a smaller site with a supportive team and a hands-on operational focus.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the working Pharmacist in Charge, responsible for both staffing and clinical oversight Supervise and manage pharmacy team operations (5 FTEs including 1 Clinical Pharmacist and 3 Techs) Oversee prescription verification, clinical assessments, and inventory management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy accreditation Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and monitor patient therapy plans Support operations using CareTend (CPR+ upgrade) Maintain communication, team development, and workflow optimization
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience strongly preferred Recent experience in infusion or specialty pharmacy settings preferred Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills Familiarity with accreditation standards and pharmacy compliance practices preferred or reach out for further inquiry: 281-848-7415
