Job Description
A specialty hospital in Memphis, TN is seeking a PRN Staff Pharmacist to join their inpatient team. This position focuses on accurate medication distribution and clinical support within a hospital setting.

PRN (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently Provide medication counseling to patients as needed Review patient medication histories and collaborate with physicians to optimize therapy Ensure prescriptions meet all clinical and safety requirements
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License Recent inpatient hospital experience
Preferred Experience:
