The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing order entry processes, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining efficient administrative systems. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software, particularly computerized pharmacy records systems, to support our operational needs effectively. Responsibilities Receive and review prescriptions; enter data into pharmacy filling system Interpret medical abbreviations Trouble shoot orders and obtain missing information Record communication concerning orders within patient records Assist with electronic maintenance of documentation related to orders within patient profiles Collaborate with pharmacy team to insure accuracy and operational efficiency Provide customer support to callers regarding pending orders Assist in claims billing and adjudication to third party payers Competencies Strong organizational skills Good time management Communication oral and written Strong relationship building Customer service oriented
