Director of Pharmacy – Pharmacy Administration UF Health Shands Hospital Gainesville, FL Lead, inspire, teach and heal as the Director ofPharmacy at UF Health Shands Hospital — Florida’s premier hospitalsystem located in Gainesville, Florida. In this full-time, director-level position, you will have immenseinfluence within the system. This role will allow you to: Advance pharmacological therapeutic solutions that yieldoptimal outcomes for quality, safety and cost efficiency. Utilize and expand your vast experience and clinical knowledgeas an expert resource for patients, physicians andpharmacologists. Direct and implement plans that will further advance theDepartment of Pharmacy. Serve as resident faculty and mentor for Pharmacy students fromthe UF College of Pharmacy, one of U.S. News & World Report’s Top 5pharmacy colleges. The successful candidate should be a well-rounded pharmacy leaderwith an advanced degree, current licensure and at least five yearsof administrative experience in an academic health care setting.
