Position Overview As Director of Rx Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategic partnerships that align with Bell Pharmacy’s mission. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial pharmacist, a healthcare professional with strong leadership skills, or an individual with a passion for community health and innovative pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team across multiple pharmacy locations. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the retail and specialty pharmacy space. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providers, and community organizations. Analyze market trends and competitive insights to drive business development. Collaborate with marketing teams to support targeted campaigns and brand visibility. Utilize our existing or future CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and report on KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews and support ongoing team development. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in retail, healthcare, or technical/pharmacy environments. Strong outside sales and account management skills, with a record of building sustainable partnerships. Deep understanding of the pharmacy landscape and passion for serving community health needs. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing new pharmacy business models. Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Background Pharmacists interested in ownership and business leadership. Community advocates with a vision for expanding healthcare access. Individuals passionate about specialty pharmacy and underserved disease states. Preferred Education & Licensure BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
