Pharmacy Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy.
Establishing and monitoring quality indicators, continuing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services, determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and effective departmental operations.
Duties include scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members.
Education:
Required Bachelors Pharmacy Degree
Preferred Masters or Doctoral Pharmacy Degree Credentials:
Required Pharmacist License•State of Florida
Preferred Consultant Pharmacist license
Preferred•ASHP (Pharmacists)•
Accredited Program Experience:
1 year Management experience
1 year Pharmacy experience
