The Retail Pharmacist Lead is the Pharmacy Manager (PIC/PDM) of a Retail (Clinic) Pharmacy . The Pharmacist dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. The Retail Pharmacist Lead works on problems of diverse scope andplexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Retail Pharmacist Lead integrates with the clinic to deliver unparalleled patient oues.
This is an opportunity to work collaboratively as a Prescription Department Manager/Pharmacist In Charge in a pharmacy that is co-located inside a primary care provider practice.
The Retail Pharmacist Lead prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory. Provides information to the staff members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interacts with the patients. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making onplex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
Must be certified to administer vaccines in Florida
2 or more years experience in Retail Pharmacy
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must possess excellent networking skills

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

Thepensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 – $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based uponpany and/or individual performance.
