Category Pharmacy – Pharmacy Manager Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a Pharmacy Manager open to traveling to a coastal medical facility in Georgia for an exciting interim assignment. This is a unique opportunity to lead a hospital pharmacy team in a beautiful coastal setting. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospital pharmacist with inpatient and oncology exposure , a strong management background , and the ability to step into a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) role.
Position Details:
Assignment Duration:
6-8+ weeks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00
PM On-Call:
Sunday-Thursday overnight
Setting:
Inpatient hospital with outpatient oncology services
Technology:
Cerner & Omnicell (training provided)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and clinical staff Manage scheduling, meetings, and antimicrobial stewardship activities Provide staff support and perform limited staffing duties Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and report to the system pharmacy director Support sterile and hazardous compounding Be available for on-call support

PRN Technicians:
4.6 FTE + 1 PRN Strong technical support for compounding, ADC stocking, and operational tasks
Dress Code:
Professional attire or navy blue scrubs
Qualifications:
Active Georgia Pharmacist License (Required) Proven inpatient hospital and oncology experience Strong leadership and management background Willingness to relocate/travel for the assignment
