Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you areemployed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization(i.e. APhA) Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist incharge’ Submission of required information/documents to your state PMPadministrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMPfor pharmacist use) Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D.degree Anticipated Weekly Hours 40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThetypical pay range for this role is:$65.00 – $82.00This pay rangerepresents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary forall positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factorsincluding experience, education, geography and other relevantfactors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus,commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the basepay range listed above.
