As a Pharmacy Director, you will lead large, highly visibleclient engagements. You will drive the strategy and growrelationships with current clients, as well as participate inprospecting opportunities with new clients. You will serve as a keyvoice to the marketplace of one of the world’s leading HRconsulting firms and have the ability to contribute to theevolution of pharmacy and broader health care delivery in NorthAmerica. You will grow our solutions portfolio with a focus ondriving client value and revenue.

The Role Deliver tangible andmeasurable contributions around pharmacy innovation that can beleveraged nationally. Also serve as part of a team of consultantsas the lead pharmacy strategic partner and trusted advisor tolarge, complex clients in the design and management of theirpharmacy benefit programs including: Spearhead the development ofnew pharmacy approaches; collaborate with executive leadership atvendors and clients in creation of the next generation of solutionsMeet with vendors to understand the opportunities for strategicpartnerships and pharmacy solution opportunities includingpotential for technology enablement. Contribute to marketing of WTWby speaking at conferences, writing articles and otherwisepromoting the company Pharmacy benefit consulting on a nationalbasis to complex, forward-thinking employers.

Role includes:

Driving new relationships and sales Designing and executing oninnovative engagement design and approaches Pharmacy BenefitsManager (PBM) vendor procurement and negotiation Audits of PBMperformance (financial and operational) Plan analysis, design,cost-savings and member engagement strategies Strategy foreffectively managing pharmacy benefits aligned with broader healthcare goals Specialty drug management Materially grow pharmacybenefits revenue through serving as the pharmacy benefits expert innew client pursuits by crafting and selling solutions to meet theirneeds Partner closely with the financial, actuarial and analytics,health equity and wellbeing, and other related cross functional WTWteams to define a multi-year strategy for expanding thecomprehensiveness of our integrated pharmacy and clinical offeringsOwn product research, development, deployment and outcomesmeasurement within the assigned time period and with an assignedgoal Contribute pharmacy and related perspectives to broader healthand benefits strategy and growth Support strategic partnerships,including launch, maintenance and enhancements of partnershipofferings Demonstrate extensive leadership ability by directlymanaging and/or mentoring other consultants Qualifications TheRequirements 10 years’ experience and success in thedesign/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans gained inconsulting or brokerage environment Proven ability to generaterevenue Track record of success in managing and growing largeclient relationships Proven experience in successfully leading aglobal team and projects, and strategic partnership development andgrowth An executive presence with polished and well developedwritten and oral communication skills with an ability tocommunicate complex ideas simply and effectively A dynamicstrategic thinker not afraid to challenge the status quo by askinghard questions and deconstructing and rebuilding current solutionsas necessary Superior ability to influence and collaborate withsenior management and work across all levels of an organization aswell as cross functional teams Interest and aptitude in keepingabreast of the latest developments in pharmacy and broader healthand benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development ofnew tools and approaches Excellent Microsoft Office skills,particularly in Excel and Power Point Ability to travel Bachelorsof Pharmacy or PharmD degree required For pharmacists, activelylicensed in home state and in good standing State Life and Healthlicense required within 90 days of joining Compensation andBenefits Base salary range and benefits information for thisposition are being included in accordance with requirements ofvarious state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note thatsalaries may vary for different individuals in the same role basedon several factors, including but not limited to location of therole, individual competencies, education/professionalcertifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the roleand potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
