Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Northern NY Location. In this position, you’ll lead pharmacy operations, ensure top-notch patient care, and manage a dedicated team of professionals.

PM Saturday and Sunday:
9:00 AM – 5:00

Position Type:
Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and a positive work environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients for medication management. Implement and oversee pharmacy programs to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Valid NY pharmacy license. Previous pharmacy management experience preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
